Cancel My Order

At Dycoat, we pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times. Our goal is to get your furniture legs packed and shipped as quickly as possible so you can start your project without delay. Because of this speed, our cancellation window is very limited.
1. Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, provided that your order has not yet been shipped.

The “Shipped” Definition: An order is considered “shipped” once a Shipping Label (Tracking Number) has been generated and the package has been handed over to the carrier or loaded onto the truck.

Important: If your order is processed and shipped before the 12-hour window is up (e.g., you order in the morning and we ship it that afternoon), we can no longer cancel the order.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
Time is of the essence. To request a cancellation, please follow these steps immediately:

Email Us: Send an email to support@dycoat.com.

Subject Line: Please use the subject: “URGENT: CANCEL ORDER [Your Order #]”.

Details: Include your Order Number and the reason for cancellation.
Emails with “URGENT” in the subject line are prioritized by our support team.
3. Refunds
If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window and approved (before shipping):

We will void the transaction immediately.

A 100% Full Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the funds in your account.
4. Late Cancellations (After Shipping)
If more than 12 hours have passed, or if you received a Shipping Confirmation email:

The order is already in transit and cannot be canceled.

You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to send it back.

Note: If you refuse the shipment upon delivery, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
