1. Accepted Payment Options

We offer a wide range of secure payment methods to suit your preference:

A. Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all major international cards:

B. PayPal

You can choose to pay via PayPal using your balance, bank account, or linked credit card. This is a trusted option for international transactions.

2. Currency & Billing

  • Base Currency: All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • International Orders: If you are purchasing from outside the US (e.g., Canada, UK, Europe, Australia), your bank or credit card issuer will automatically convert the transaction amount into your local currency at their current exchange rate.

  • Billing Address: For your security, please ensure that the billing address you enter matches the address on file with your credit card issuer. Mismatches (especially with the Zip/Postal Code) are the most common cause of declined transactions.

3. Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

We Ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

This is our promise to our international customers in Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia:

  • No Hidden Fees: The total amount you see at checkout includes the product price and shipping.

  • We Pay the Tax: Dycoat calculates and pays all Import Duties, VAT, and Customs Taxes on your behalf. You will never be asked to pay extra fees to the courier upon delivery.

For US customers, Sales Tax is calculated automatically based on your state.

4. Payment Security

We take your data security seriously.

  • SSL Encryption: Our entire website is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. This ensures that your personal data is unreadable to unauthorized parties.

  • PCI Compliance: We meet Level 1 PCI-DSS standards.

  • No Card Storage: Dycoat does not store your credit card number. Your payment is processed directly by our secure banking partners (Stripe/PayPal). We never have access to your full card details.

5. Troubleshooting

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

  • Billing Mismatch: Ensure your billing Zip/Postal Code is correct.

  • International Restrictions: If you are outside the US, ensure your card is authorized for international transactions.

  • Daily Limit: Check if you have exceeded your daily spending limit.

  • Alternative: Try using PayPal as it often has higher acceptance rates for international purchases.
