At Dycoat, we believe that creativity knows no borders. Whether you are restoring a vintage sofa in London, building a farmhouse table in Texas, or upgrading a cabinet in Sydney, we are committed to delivering premium wood legs to your doorstep safely and efficiently.
To ensure a seamless experience for our global makers, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means we cover all import taxes and duties, the price you pay at checkout is final.
1. Shipping Area
We proudly ship our furniture legs to the following regions:

North America: United States, Canada.

Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands.

Oceania: Australia.
Exclusions:

P.O. Boxes: We recommend providing a physical residential or commercial address for faster courier delivery.

APO/FPO: Please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery options for military addresses.
2. Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship: All our wood legs are stocked in our warehouse. Orders are inspected (checking for grain consistency and finish), packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Same-Day Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

We offer competitive flat rates and Free Shipping for larger projects.

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by international carriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and may vary slightly due to customs clearance processes.
4. Taxes & Duties
We take the headache out of international shipping.

DDP Service (Delivered Duty Paid): Dycoat covers 100% of Import Duties, VAT, and Customs Taxes for our customers in the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia.

No Hidden Fees: You will never be asked to pay extra fees to the courier upon delivery. The total amount you see at checkout is all you pay.
5. Packaging & Protection
Wood is a natural material, and we treat it with care during its long journey.

Individual Protection: Each leg is individually wrapped or separated by dividers to prevent “wood-on-wood” friction, ensuring they arrive without scratches or dents.

Hardware: Mounting plates and bolts are secured in a separate pouch to avoid scratching the wood finish.
6. Order Tracking

Once your label is created, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your Tracking Number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.

You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal (FedEx, DHL, UPS).
7. Damaged or Lost Goods
While rare, long-distance transit can sometimes cause issues.

Inspect Upon Arrival: Please open your box immediately. Check the legs for any deep scratches, chips, or crushed corners.

Reporting Damage: If you find any issues, please email us at support@dycoat.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and the box.

Resolution: We will send out a Free Replacement set immediately so you can continue your project without delay.
8. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement (or before the shipping label is generated).

After Shipping: Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and follow our Return process.
9. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled (no screw marks), and in their original condition. Unfinished/Raw wood legs must not be stained, painted, or altered.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for personal reasons (Change of Mind) are the customer’s responsibility.

DDP Note: Since Dycoat pays non-refundable duties & taxes on your behalf, these costs cannot be recovered from customs. However, we will refund the full product value.
